This site uses an advanced Microsoft product called SharePoint. In SharePoint environments, every user has an assigned role (reader, contributor, web editor, administrator, etc.), which greatly enhances the site's functionality and security. For this reason, the SOP site requires all SOP participants to sign in (see the sign in link in the upper right-hand corner). Once you have signed in, you will be able to access materials that are restricted to SOP members.
The easiest way to navigate the SOP site is by clicking on the SOP Links that appear on the list on the right-hand side of the page. We recommend that you access these links in the sequence in which they appear, since the content they contain builds progressively.
